I, truly do, have some great friends…
Today, I went on a drive/yogurt run with my friend Andrew Le. He is truly one of the bros when it comes to problems. He will always be there for me and will always cheer me up. One thing that I will never forget that he talked about to me is PMS- sure it sounds like pre-menstrual syndrome, but to me, it has a new meaning- Physical, Mental, and Spiritual. My physicality is on point, I’ll be working out after I’m out of class most days, if not every day. My mental strength is high, but not as high as I want it to. My spiritual capability, however, is the major flaw in my mind. I’m not able to assess every situation that I am put in, when I’m heated, I can’t think correctly and just get mad. When I’m sad, I always think of the negative, never crossing the path to positivity. Andrew had some great advice for me that I will never forget. Always to keep my head up and the reevaluate my wants and needs, but mostly needs.
What I need right now is a hug… 
I want this back <3 I will soon, hopefully. =)
